Seireitei Ragnarok Online was originally founded by Chen - aka GM Byakuya - in December 2007. GM Steven, the new (and current) administrator, took over SeireiteiRO operations on March 2008. While SeireiteiRO only provides one server, we are determined to keep this one as a super-super high rate server, and to give the best support system possible for the players of sRO. The rates are 26,000x/26,000x/75%, and we're running on the newest eAthena emulators to provide up to date classes and maps.

Due to the size of our community, we've limited the size of the War of Emperium to just three castles per town except Prontera to make it fun and challenging! WoE occurs everyday from 02:00 - 03:00 (Aldebaran) || 08:00 - 09:00 (Payon) || 14:00 - 15:00 (Geffen) || 20:00 - 21:00 (Prontera) (-08:00 GMT,[Pacific Time]). Fridays and Saturdays are "official" WoE days, where the leader of the guild who successfully seiged a castle will be rewarded with a sacred coin for each castle taken.

We have specialized NPCs lined up on the streets of Prontera that provide many services. These includes PvP Warper, Treasure Room Warper, PvP Stats Ladder, Donation Delivery Girl, as well as numerous quest NPCs, +100 weapons and equips refiner/derefiner NPC, and many more.

We use a Soul and Sacred coins system for events and donations. In addition, we use Spirit Vouchers and Hollw Coins for WoE incentive purposes. Please visit the forums for more information on these custom coins and vouchers. Balanced donations and nerf changes are key to a fun and fair server. Please take a look at the changes the staff implemented in order to make PvPing, WoEing, and levelling fair for everyone.

Here's a newly made list of rules and corresponding punishments for each rule.


Section V1: A - HARASSMENT

1.)Verbal Abuse: calling people names; insulting others. Ex: "weak ass bitch".
Punishment: 1st Offense: Warning/Mute 5-20minutes depending on the severity.
2nd Offense: Mute 15-45minutes/Jail 1-3hours.
3rd Offense: Jail 2-4hours/Ban 1-3days.
4th Offense: Ban 1-2weeks.

2.)Harassment: singling out one specific player, for any reason and picking on them repeatedly.
Punishment: 1st Offense: Warning/Mute 5-20minutes depending on the severity.
2nd Offense: Mute 15-45minutes/Jail 1-3hours.
3rd Offense: Jail 2-4hours/Ban 1-3days.
4th Offense: Ban 1-2weeks.

3.)Racism: self explanatory. DO NOT make racist remarks. Ex: "nigger, spik, chink, white bitch"
Punishment: 1st Offense: Mute 15-30minutes/Jail 1-6hours.
2nd Offense: Jail 3-10hours.
3rd Offense: Ban 2-7days.
4th Offense: Ban 1-2months.

4.)Provoking: purposely getting a player to insult you, don't start shit.
Punishment: 1st Offense: Warning/Mute 5-10minutes depending on the severity.
2nd Offense: Mute 15-30minutes/Jail 1hour.
3rd Offense: Jail 2-3hours/Ban 1-2days.
4th Offense: Ban 1week.

5.)Sexism: self explanatory. Do NOT make sexist remarks.
Punishment: 1st Offense: Warning/Mute 5-20minutes depending on the severity.
2nd Offense: Mute 15-45minutes/Jail 1-3hours.
3rd Offense: Jail 2-4hours/Ban 1-3days.
4th Offense: Ban 1-2weeks.

6.)Sexual Harassment: sexually harassing another player.
Punishment: 1st Offense: Warning/Mute 5-20minutes depending on the severity.
2nd Offense: Mute 15-45minutes/Jail 1-3hours.
3rd Offense: Jail 2-4hours/Ban 1-3days.
4th Offense: Ban 1-2weeks.


Section V2: B - Third Party Programs

1.)Botting: using a program to give an advantages, or do work for you. Ex: FCP Bots, Hunting Bots.
Punishment: 1st Offense: Perma ban on the account.
2nd Offense: IP Ban.

2.)RPE/WPE: using packets to give you advantages in PVP.
Punishment: 1st Offense: Perma ban on the account.
2nd Offense: IP Ban.

3.)Duping: duping items and or zeny.
Punishment: IP Ban.

4.)Hacking: self explanatory.
Punishment: IP Ban.


Section V3: C - Behavior

1.)Begging: do not go around asking/dealing for items/zeny.
Punishment: 1st Offense: 15-45minute mute.
2nd Offense: 1hour jail.

2.)Advertising: such as other servers.
Punishment: 1st Offense: 1hour jail.
2nd Offense: 1day ban.

3.)Names: inappropriate names for a character/guild.
Punishment: Character Deletion/Guild Deletion.

4.)Emblems: inappropriate emblems for a guild.
Punishment: Emblem Removal.

5.)Kill Stealing: killing someone else s monsters, that they are killing or summoned via deadbranch.
Punishment: 2hour jail.

6.)Broadcasting: abusing the megaphones to put in pointless messages or to insult a player.
Punishment: 3hour jail.

7.)Interserver trading: trading/selling/buying items from or for another server.
Punishment: Perma ban/ IP Ban.

8.)PHPing: selling/buying items for real money.
Punishment: Perma ban/ IP Ban.

9.)Drama: do not instigate or start drama.
Punishment: 1day-1week ban.

10.)Scamming: tricking a player to get their items/zeny.
Punishment: Account Ban.

11.)Bug Abuse: abusing a bug.
Punishment: Account Ban.

12.)Spamming: spamming massive amounts of text.
Punishment: Mute, time depends on amount of spam.
1st Offense: 45minute mute.
2nd Offense: 1hour mute.
3rd Offense: 7day ban.
4th Offense: Perma Ban.

Section V4: D - Impersonating

1.)Guilds: impersonating another guild with an exact or similar name.
Punishment: Guild Deletion.

2.)Players: impersonating another player with an exact or similar name.
Punishment: Character Deletion/1-2week ban.

3.)GMs: very sever, do not use GM in your names at all or hint at it. Impersonating a GM.
Punishment: Character Deletion/Account ban or IP ban.

Section V5: E - WoE/PVP

1.)Suit Switching: quickly switching between mob suits and any other armor/suit so that your name doesn't show up.
Punishment: Account Ban/IP Ban depending on the offense.

2.)Portal Running: running in through a portal, casting an AoE spell and then running back through.
Punishment: 1-5hour jail.

3.)Emblemz: not a big one, but, during woe have an emblem for your guild on, size doesn't matter.
Punishment: Warning?/Guild Leader 1-2hour jail.

4.)Friends/Trading: do not send friend invitations or deal trades during WoE.
Punishment: 1-3hour jail.

As most of you might or might not know, two of our GMs have gone rogue. Vrael and or Paper Airplane started banning all the GMs and took control of the server. They did whatever pleased them and kept using their powers to ban people, turn on pvp, and etc. Earlier today Vrael banned himself and left Paper Airplane in charge. The GM Team that was banned by Vrael (ɥoɹıɾnoS, Sudaki, Expo, Melanie, Ferv, and Mr. Archy) are now waiting for Juubi to get on and resolve all of this. I would like to apologize to the players for having to deal with this. Like I said, once Juubi/Clicc gets on hopefully everything will be back to normal.

Two things... I'm on the east coast right now (summer family vacation = limited internet), so I did not know WoE would begin in 10 minutes when I updated the server... my bad.
